(54) BELT PRESS FOR WASHING MACHINES I The invention relates to presses for dewatering machines, in particular to belt presses, and can be used in papermaking. A belt press for dewatering machines is known, comprising a bed, upper and lower endless grids placed on parallel shafts, a wedge part with suction drawers, a register part with register shafts, a pre-press part with groups of parallel press shafts whose thrust bearings are installed in holders, and press part 1. However, this press is not productive enough. In this type of equipment, the increase in productivity by increasing the width of the tape is not possible, since this will increase the deflection of the press rolls and the pressure across the width of the tape unevenly. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. This goal is achieved by the fact that the press shafts of each group of the pre-press section have a length less than the width belt grid and located in a staggered 110re across the entire width of the belt grid with the formation of overlapping zones, with holders in which the thrust bearings of the press shafts of each group are installed pass / across the entire width of the press. The width of the overlap zones is equal to half the diameter of the press rolls. The press shafts 8 have a length less than the width of the web of meshes and are arranged in a checkerboard pattern along the entire width of the web of meshes. The width of the overlapping zones (Fig. 2) is equal to half the diameter press shafts. The pressing part 9 consists of a pair of shafts 10. The pressing pressure of the shafts 10 is controlled by the levers 11 and the bellows 12, and the pressing pressure of the shafts 8 is controlled by the levers 13 and the bellows 14. The upper and lower endless grids 15 and 16 are respectively placed on the shafts 17 and 18. The bed of the press consists of a rack 19 and of the upper and lower frames 20 and 21, respectively. The device works as follows. The dehydratable material is placed between the grids 15 and 16 and moves along with them, the passage successively through the wedge, register and forpress and press parts. Pre-dehydration is carried out in the wedge part. In each subsequent part, the pressing pressure increases and the moisture content of the material decreases. The use of press rolls having a length of less than the width of the ribbon net allows increasing the width of the press, increasing the specific pressing pressure, and therefore productivity.
